How it works

  1. Tell us about your building. State, use, height and stage, on WhatsApp or the form.
  2. We find the rule that applies. The approvals your state's fire law asks for, the fee it publishes and a realistic timeline, in writing.
  3. We file and follow up. Drawings, documents and the portal filing; licensed partners do the site work under our supervision.
  4. Certificate, then reminders. We see it to the certificate, and message you before each renewal or yearly filing falls due.

Questions owners ask

What fire safety services does Flamekite offer?

Fire NOC filing and renewal, the third-party fire audit, fire drawings and documents, fire system installation through licensed agencies, the yearly AMC, and fire safety officers and staff training where the law asks for them. The first check of what your building needs is free.

Do you work in my state?

Yes. Flamekite maps the fire law, portal, fees and validity of all 36 states and union territories, and licensed partners do the site work where the state requires a licensed agency or auditor.

How much does a fire NOC consultant charge?

It depends on the building's use, height and area, the stage it is at and what the state's rule asks for, so we quote after the free check. The state's own fee is separate and is set by its published schedule; the fire NOC fee calculator shows it for the states that publish one.

Who actually issues the fire NOC?

The state or city fire service, never a consultant. A consultant prepares and files the application, follows it up and arranges the inspection; the decision is the fire officer's.

Can you help if my fire NOC was rejected or has expired?

Yes. We read the objection or the lapse against your state's rule, list what has to change in the building or the file, and refile once it is fixed. Operating without a valid NOC can attract penalties, so the fire NOC penalties guide is worth reading first.

What do I need to send for the free check?

The state and city, what the building is used for, its height and floor area, and whether it is new, running or due for renewal. Drawings and an old NOC help but are not needed to start.
