In short: Reading Flamekite needs no account and sets no tracking cookies. When you ask for a free fire NOC check, you send us your details yourself on WhatsApp; we use them only to answer you and to do the work you ask for, share them only with the partner doing that work, never sell them, and delete them when you ask.

Flamekite (flamekite.com) is operated by Flamekite. In this policy "we" means Flamekite. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Flamekite is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you send us.

When you read the site
You can read every guide and use every tool without an account. Flamekite sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts on its pages.
The servers that deliver the site may keep standard technical logs, such as an IP address, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile.
When you ask for a free fire NOC check
- What we then receive: your name, your WhatsApp number, your city and state, your building's type, height and stage, the service you chose and anything you add.
- What we never ask for: passwords, bank or card details, or identity numbers such as Aadhaar or PAN, on the site or in the first message. If a filing later needs an owner's documents, we say exactly which ones and why.
What you type in the form stays in your browser. Nothing reaches Flamekite until you press the button and then send the message that opens in WhatsApp. You see the whole message before you send it.
Why we use it
- To answer your request: which fire approvals your building needs, the fee, the documents and the time it takes.
- If you ask us to go ahead, to prepare, file and follow up the work.
- If you ask for one, to remind you before a renewal or maintenance filing falls due.
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not send you messages you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
- The partner doing your work: licensed fire agencies, auditors and consultants who execute work under Flamekite's supervision get the details that job needs, and only after you ask us to go ahead.
- WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries your messages under its own privacy policy.
- A government authority, only where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and details for as long as we need them to answer your request, to complete work you asked for, and to send any reminder you asked for. After that we delete them, unless a law requires us to keep a record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (section 6);
- ask what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with (section 11);
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it (section 12);
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India (section 13);
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act (section 14).

Keeping it safe
Only the people who answer and handle your request can see it, and partners get only what their job needs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Children
Flamekite's services are for adults who own, manage or build premises. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you think a child has sent us their details, message us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
When what we collect or how we use it changes, we change this page first and update the date at the top.
