Choose your state and enter the expiry date on your certificate.

How the date is worked out

  • States that publish a lead time14 do, from 2 weeks in Tripura to 6 months in Delhi and Manipur. The tool counts back from your expiry date by exactly that rule and names it.
  • States that publish noneThe tool counts back 90 days, Flamekite's own buffer for drawings, an agency certificate and an inspection. It is labelled as ours, not the state's.
  • Filings due in fixed months7 states set certificates due every January, or every January and July: Maharashtra's Form B, Telangana's audit upload, Chhattisgarh's Form-R and others. The calendar file repeats them every year. In Maharashtra, Form B replaces renewal, so the tool shows the Form B calendar instead of a renewal date.

How long a certificate lasts in each state is on the fire NOC validity page. The reminder is sent only if you send the WhatsApp message; see our privacy policy.
