Who we are
Flamekite (flamekite.com) is operated by Flamekite. In these terms "we" means Flamekite and "you" means anyone who uses the site or contacts us through it.
Using the guides and tools
- You may read, print and link to any page, and quote short passages with a link back to the page.
- Copying whole pages, tables or the tools' data to republish them as your own is not allowed.
- The guides and tools are general information, as the disclaimer explains; you use them at your own judgement.
The free fire NOC check
When you send us your building's details on WhatsApp, we reply with what we understand your building needs under your state's rules, the fee your state publishes, the documents and a realistic timeline. The check is free and creates no obligation on either side.
Paid work
If you ask us to handle a fire NOC, renewal, audit, installation or other work, the scope, our fee and the timeline are agreed with you in writing before any work starts. Statutory fees are paid to the state, not to Flamekite. Licensed partners who do site work are chosen and supervised by Flamekite, and Flamekite remains your point of contact.
The fire service decides every application. Our work is to prepare a complete and correct file and follow it up; we do not promise any approval or decision date.
What you send us
Please send only true and complete information and copies of documents you are entitled to share. We use what you send as the privacy policy explains.
Limits of our responsibility
Flamekite takes care to keep every page accurate and dated, but rules change and official sources can be incomplete. Flamekite is not responsible for decisions you make from the guides or tools alone, or for the content and availability of the official sites it links to.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
