Quick answer
Flamekite (flamekite.com) is an independent fire safety reference and service for India. It reads the fire law of all 36 states and union territories, explains it in plain English with every fact sourced and dated, and gets fire NOCs, renewals, audits and installations done for building owners who ask, through vetted licensed partners.
Flamekite is not a fire authority: it issues no NOC and decides nothing. The state fire service's decision on your building always prevails.

Why Flamekite exists: 36 different rulebooks
India has no single fire NOC. Each of 36 states and union territories writes its own, and they change often.
Fire services are a state subject, so the height that triggers a fire NOC, who issues it, what it costs and how long it lasts all differ by state. In 2026 alone, six new state and UT fire laws were made, the National Building Code 2016 was withdrawn, and Delhi deferred its new certificate regime to 20 May 2027.
Owners, architects and even consultants work from old guides that miss these changes. Flamekite reads the act, the rules, the gazette and the latest circular for each state, and says plainly where the official text is missing or two official sources disagree.
The same reading powers the service: when an owner asks Flamekite to handle a fire NOC, the plan starts from the rule as it stands that week, not as it stood when someone last checked.

Do
- An independent explainer of every state's fire law, with sources you can check.
- A service that plans, files and follows up your fire approvals with licensed partners.

- Not a guarantor: no one can honestly promise an approval or buy speed from a fire service.
- Not a lead seller: your request stays with Flamekite, which owns it from start to finish.
