In short: Flamekite explains India's fire safety rules from official sources and helps owners get their fire approvals done. It is not a fire department, issues no NOC or certificate, and cannot promise any approval. Your state fire service's decision on your building always prevails.
Flamekite is not a fire authority
Flamekite is independent. It is not a fire department and is not part of, or affiliated with, any state fire service, municipal body, the Bureau of Indian Standards or any ministry. It issues no NOC, fire safety certificate, licence or approval of any kind.
General information, not legal or engineering advice
Every guide states the rules as Flamekite read them in their official source on the date shown on the page. Fire rules change, often by a state notification with little notice, and a building's facts decide how they apply.
Before you apply, build or rely on a deadline, confirm the rule with your state fire service. For a specific building, a licensed fire consultant, architect or the fire authority decides what it needs.
Sources and their limits
Each fact is linked to the Act, rule, gazette, circular or official page it comes from. Where an official source could not be read, two sources disagree, or a figure was read from a scan, the page says so instead of guessing. News reports are labelled as news.
Tools are estimates
The fire NOC checker and the renewal date calculator apply the rules Flamekite has verified for each state to the details you enter. They can be incomplete for some states and uses, and they say so in the result. Their answer is a starting point for the free check, not a decision.
No guarantee of any approval or timeline
When Flamekite handles a fire NOC, renewal, audit or installation, it prepares, files and follows up, and licensed partners do the site work. The fire service decides every application and sets its own pace. Nobody can honestly promise an approval or buy speed, and Flamekite does not.
In an emergency
Flamekite is not an emergency service. In a fire, call the fire service on 101.
